-Seasonal $1,000.00
-If Planning on Returning for 2023 Season $100.00 Deposit Due Before End of Camping Season 10/16/2022


Electrical: All Electrical Bills will be passed out 1st of the month and Due A week after. All Campers have meters. Nightly Rates 30AMP: -$35.00 a night -$175.00 week -$400.00 month

-Monthly Rates include water/pump outs-Electric separate

Camper Pump Out: $12.00

Fire Wood: $3.00 for hand cart or $10.00 half golf cart trailer or $20.00 for full golf cart trailer

Closing Weekend

Saturday, October 17th

*6pm – Hobo Stew / Join us @ the rec. building for our last gathering of the season. Bring your drinks.

Take a picture of your electric meter reading or let us know and we will get the reading for you. All electric needs to be caught up for the year by Sunday 10/18/26.

If we are winterizing your campers please communicate with us to make sure we have keys so Kevin can look to finish up as soon as he can next week.

Also please leave your lots organized and any excess trash / scrap disposed of. With that said if you have metal items I have a pile back by the maintenance building. Large tarps and boxes can be put back in the same area. DO NOT use the dumpster for large items or steel items...

We are not reading the electric meters on October 1st. We will want to read the meters when you close up you campers for the season.

Thank you for another great season of camping…
Seasonal Camping Rate for 2027 will remain @ $1,300.
If you’re planning to return for the 2027 season a minimum deposit of $300 is due by 10/11/26.
If deposits are not made by 10/11/26 we will assume you are not returning for the 2027 season.
The balance for the 2027 season will be due 04/18/27.
If you would like your camper winterized, you need to sign up in the office by October 4th.
Cost is $35 and must be paid in full prior to service.

If we are winterizing your camper please let us know when you are done using it for the season. Kevin will start working on winterizing next week (10/12/26) if you are done for the season. Please communicate and provide us keys.

Just so the front corner of the camper ground is aware there is a power line down. We will plan to have that hung back up Friday early evening. Power is on except Lot #24
