Our first design was almost exactly like this. And we got thousands of comments that we should use it for homelessness. Sleep Trailer LLC actually did it. Please help them find a new home so they can keep advancing the mission!

Where should the Sleep Trailer head next?

We’re looking for our next community partner to help bring this resource to life. Do you own property that could host the Sleep Trailer? Maybe a church or organization with volunteers willing to help with daily check-ins and check-outs?

We’re also seeking support with transportation and insurance—whether that’s through resources, connections, or sponsorship.

Making improvements to the original Hostel Cubed pod prototype… now with isolated quieter HVAC system, pop up charging outlets, art, and a slatwall mounted tablet holder we are trying here with the Nintendo switch! Also, a commercial hospitality door lock system rated for the desert heat, blackout shade, and even more insulation. Will be operating off grid with a 4kW solar system and expect this should remain temperate and comfortable year round. This will serve as our first official trial of a commercial pod unit actually available for rent in an RV park, and we expect our eight-unit model to be commercially available later this year.
