With heavy hearts, we share the news of the passing of Herbert “Herb” Gelfand, the founder of De Anza Group, the predecessor of Terra Vista Management. Herb’s visionary leadership and profound commitment to integrity were foundational principles that continue to guide us at Terra Vista Management. His impact on the mobile home and RV resort industries and his dedication to family and community will be greatly missed. We extend our deepest condolences to his wife Beverly and the entire Gelfand family.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, May 2nd, at 10 am at Mount Sanai Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to a charity of your choice, Children's Hospital Los Angeles Melanie Silverman Bone and Soft Tissue Endowment Fund, or the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC).
