Front-of-House Server (Part-Time)

Position Overview: As a server in our small restaurant, you will wear many hats and play a critical role in our daily success. You will manage a dedicated station, guide guests through our menu, and collaborate directly with the kitchen staff. The ideal candidate thrives in a close-knit environment, multi-tasks effortlessly during rush hours, and brings a positive, team-first attitude every day.
Key Responsibilities
-Guest Hospitality: Greet guests warmly, present menus, and make detailed, enthusiastic recommendations.
Order Management: Accurately take food and beverage orders and input them precisely into our POS system.
Table Service: Deliver hot dishes and drinks promptly, monitor guest needs, and clear tables efficiently.
Financial Accuracy: Prepare final checks, process cash and card payments accurately, and balance your drawer.Side Work & Prep: Complete opening, closing, and running side duties (placement of silverware, stocking stations, light cleaning).
Team Collaboration: Communicate clearly with the kitchen crew and support teammates during busy rushes.
Qualifications & Requirements: Prefer minimum of 1 year of serving experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment preferred.
Strong multitasking skills with the ability to remain calm and friendly under pressure.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility to work a variable schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
Must meet state age requirements for serving alcoholic beverages and a background check.
