Some of our cozy guest rooms have private and shared bathrooms. Some rooms have kitchens and some rooms don't, some have a private entrance and some rooms do not have :-)
We do also have a cozy apartment right next to our main house with easy parking next to it. We offer a large variety for breakfast (vegetarian/non vegetarian). Enjoy bagels, toast, croissants, cream cheese, cheese, bacon, hash brown, beans, eggs, pancakes, waffles, fruits, cereals, yogurt, coffee, tea, milk, juice etc.. Breakfast is between 7 am. and 9.30 am. I do organize day tours to beautiful, exotic, relaxing, adventures and historical places. Learn English in our home. The Beach ( Daytona) is only 25 min. from our home. Deland is situated between DAYTONA BEACH and ORLANDO. It is famous for Skydiving, snorkeling, springs, wild life, bike weeks, Ocala National Forest, horse racing etc. The BEST THING IN OUR HOME.are our guests, which bring an immense diversity of life experience, culture, languages etc.. Some guests have a degree and some do not. This combination of uniqueness is what brings life and adventure to our Bed and Breakfast. It never gets boring. Guests can become friends. You can interact with our guests or have your privacy, what ever works best with your personality or life situation ;-)

Our guests of all ages are coming from around the world. Hindus, Buddhists, Moslems, Christians etc.. We accommodate all ;-) and we live in peace together. No exceptions...everybody is welcome. Some guests come to us to re-evaluate their life's after a divorce, or a stressful job/ life situation. Other guests come to town for their medical
treatment, are visiting their loved once in a retirement home. Other guests, tourists, just love travelling, are on a business trip or parents visit their kids at Stetson University.. Our guests call us the United Nation Home :-)
Some guests stay 1-2 nights other stay long term ( 3-6 month) like our Stetson students/ professors, travel nurses, people between selling and buying a new house etc.. It all happens here!!!! Happiness and drama under one roof!! This is life. We do always have an open ears for our guests concerns ;-)
We highly respect our guests cultures and traditions as they come from all over the world...young and old, we all get along just fine :-)
So far we are blessed with the greatest guests we could ever wish for. Everybody is very friendly, easy going , flexible etc...
If there is any problem or concerns, communication is our golden recipe and so far it has never failed :-)
