True then, and just as true today. Actually we're at a point now to where we probably refuse 2/3rds of all our booking requests. That's not a number we are proud of. We just refuse to accept any bookings that aren't perfect for our community or for our other guests to have a wonderful experience out here.. Most people would think that's crazy but not to us. Honestly, it's not always about the money.

We are picky to a fault when it comes to folks that we let stay here. We will just not allow any person to come into the community that may not be a nice individual. We refuse over half of all of our booking requests because we just feel like they may not be acceptable.
I don't care how much money we lose. My point is even when you uphold that standard you can still get great bookings and make money.
We almost have a hundred coming up. Stay true to your vision, trust in God, never waver, and keep your integrity. As long as you always do that everything will be okay.

Balmorhea State Park. This little spring fed Oasis is only 2 hours away from us. Refreshing crystal clear water. If you are early birds like us you can get there and enjoy the place to yourselves. So refreshing in the middle of summer.
