The journey of bringing our Cape Cod beach cottage to life just hit a major milestone—kitchen cabinets are officially starting to go in!

​Seeing this beautiful slate blue come to life against the framing makes all the planning, dusty floors, and waiting so worth it. We still have a way to go with countertops, backsplashes, and flooring, but it finally is starting to feel like a real kitchen again.

Seeing the progress in person is so much more exciting than just looking at blueprints! The walls are down, the new structural header is in, and the open concept is finally starting to take shape.

It’s hard to believe how far this little beach cottage has come! Looking back at where we started feels like a lifetime ago. 🌊

Our renovation will be complete ​just in time for our first weekly rental of the summer! We will be adding some in progress pictures soon.
