The Old Landing Motel, an Ocean View Property, was Sold By George Abbott March 9. David Maslin, the Seller of the Old Landing simultaneously bought the nearby Doryman Motel from the Salvo Family (see the Gent holding the Check)

Ted Schilling, Esq. represented David Maslin as a Seller and a Buyer. Michael Delaney Esq. represented the Salvo family, Sellers of the Doryman Motel while Paul Tardif Esq. represented the Fishers who bought the Old Landing.

The sale was completed within 14 days from an accepted offer to purchase.

Absolutely disgusting! Here at the Old Landing, even the shower curtain is changed after EVERY check-out. Certainly NOTHING remains on the bed after check-out INCLUDING the bed cover!!
