With the Grove’s private paved streets, easy beach access, and neighborly charm, the cottage offers an old school Cape Cod vacation experience, but with all the amenities you’ve come to expect when vacationing at the beach. A variety of restaurants and attractions are within walking distance from the cottage, including a convenient snack shack and general store, beachside café, multiple fine dining establishments, and well known ice cream shops unique to the area. You would be hard pressed to find a beach community this close to the water anywhere else! When you walk off the cottage deck, your feet touch the sand!

The cottage itself has been recently renovated and offers a modern kitchen and living area. The “tiny home” style cottage also includes a unique loft that sleeps 3-4 adults, 1 bedroom with a full size bed, and 2 pop up sleeper sectionals in the living area.
