Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standard:
Breakfast Ambassador Duties include:
Preparing and serving a variety of items to be served in the breakfast buffet, including eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, etc. Preparing food items for the next day’s service as well as cleaning after breakfast is finished. Cleaning duties include sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing to the proper Marriott standards as well as the CDC guidelines in regards to COVID-19 for the kitchen and breakfast area.
Ambassador Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve daily breakfast menu
Restock breakfast items as needed
Prepare food to be served the following day
Keep facilities and common areas clean and maintained.
Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
Clean and stock kitchen/breakfast area
Notify management what orders need to be placed when low on product.
Clean up spills with appropriate equipment.
Notify managers of necessary repairs.
Collect and dispose of trash.
Assist guests when necessary.
