Erik Kreft, General Manager of One Ocean Resort & Spa, was named GM of the Year, Independent Property by Hotel Management Magazine.

Chosen from a nationwide pool of nominees, Erik was honored for leading with compassion, integrity, and a deep commitment to creating a sense of belonging. His recognition reflects what we strive for across Sage: leadership rooted in heart, belonging, and enriching lives.
