We are going to set the record straight for those who are making up their own minds and rumors.
We, Dana & Diane had decided to retire due to health issues and it seemed the right time to do so.
Coincidentally at the same time, we were offered an opportunity to sell and we accepted it.
While getting our ducks in a row so to speak, we were having a change of heart as the decision was becoming a very emotional one for us and our family.
As we put more and more thought into the process we felt we were making a hasty decision and decided to back out of the sale/deal.
The buyer was very disappointed but was also very sympathetic to our emotional attachment and graciously accepted us doing so.
Having said that we will still be retiring and spending our summers at our home in NY.
As we know many of you loved being here as well, we will always welcome visitors.
