This piece was built to be auctioned off at the Wounded War Heroes fundraiser in Mandeville on June 15. WWH is a non-profit that helps war wounded veterans get out on the water and in the woods to hunt and fish again, or for the first time. Made from 100% reclaimed/repurposed wood, it represents Louisiana’s abundant fish and game with silhouettes and a hand carved cypress shotgun & shell and rod & reel. I hope it goes for a bunch of money for a very worthy cause. A big thanks to Framin' Place & Gallery for the help. Colin and Stacey make it happen.

This simple sign has a touch of “down da bayou” humor with a serious message. Hand cut lettering and “broken” antenna, all from repurposed wood. It will be put up top of a boat shed as a reminder, da antenna brah. Hopefully some equipment will be saved with this public service announcement. Antenna Lives Matter...

This sign was commissioned by the New Orleans based firm VergesRome Architects. Wood lettering and frame over polished stainless steel, this logo comes alive with contemporary, 3 dimensional brilliance on a vibrant accent wall.

Built this quick project for a Sneaky Santa gift game. Made from reclaimed cedar fence boards, this piece has a little rustic charm with Cajun flair.

This reclaimed cedar fence board sign, built for boat and camp owners in Cocodrie, has a carved cypress replica of their boat, set in a hand painted offshore scene, with applied lettering and rope accent to trim the edges. Colorful yet rustic, this is quite the conversation piece. One hundred percent of this creation is crafted from salvaged or scrap materials.

Here is a Chafunkta Brewing Company sign created using 1x4 cypress (nails and all), pulled from the water by the shop and salvaged pecky cypress. Hand-painted graphics were weathered to give this piece a rustic look. Chafunkta Brewing Company signs are available for purchase from their tap room in Mandeville.

Finally finished this whole wall storage and work station unit for some very patient folks in New Orleans. Can't wait to see it painted and furnished.
