We will offer you a spacious view of Gulf of Mexico (ohh boy you will not forget those sunsets ever), enjoying endless white beaches of Destin while resting in your private balcony with a fabulous unobstructed beachfront view, located in the 7th floor of Pelican Beach Resort. We do offer any type of vacation you need. Let it be the perfect family vacation, romantic getaway or winter retreat, you are in the right place. Building amenities include beach side pool, bar, poolside café, beachside hot tub, kiddie pool plus additional indoor heated pool with swim-out to a second outdoor pool, grilling area with multiple grills, fitness centre, tennis courts, arcade room and free parking. In the mean time we are expecting our newly constructed pool to be open very soon. Our condo will offer you Free High Speed Wi-Fi, Netflix, as complimentary. You will be welcomed with our starter kit which includes, 2 toilet paper rolls, 2 bathroom trash bags, 1 small bar of soap and 1 set travel size shampoo, conditioner, shower gel per bathroom , 2 laundry pods, 2 dish tabs,1 sponge, 1 liquid dish soap, 2 rolls of paper towels and 5 kitchen trash bags...
While we do maintain two beach chairs, an umbrella and a cooler in your condo, shall you need and require, you also have an option to rent umbrellas and chairs on the beach. One of the daily stress (at least mine:)) of life is usually with our keys, let it be your house key and/or car key and we thought you should be stress free during your vacation. We do operate with a keyless entry door lock system so no more checking your bags and being stressed thinking where the keys are. Your code is unique to your stay. Regarding the cleaning of your condo, we partner with a "Google verified" highly rated cleaning agency and follow the guidelines in force to make sure you do receive a clean place once you arrive to your condo. As we do require enough time for your condo's cleaning as well as provide the same quality for the next guest and we do seek your kind understanding for our check-in (after 1600 PM) and Check-out(before 1000 AM) policy. Our ultimate goal is to make your stay as comfortable as we can, provide you a place as we use it whenever we are in Destin so you can call it a second home during your visit.
