We have several units, starting at 1 bedroom/1.5 bathroom all the way up to 5 bedroom/5 bathroom, with our maximum occupancy not capping off until 21 guests! All of our units are beachfront, with a full beach balcony view and parking directly outside the unit. Some are handicap friendly, and all are 100% family friendly!

5BR/5BA:
Lockout condo with a maximum occupancy of 21 and is 3161 sq. The

condo has 12ft ceilings. There are 2 master bedrooms, both with a king-size bed, whirlpool tub and separate shower in the master bath. The master bathroom in the three bedroom side of the condo has a handicap bathroom with handrails and roll in shower. The third and fourth bedrooms have queen-size beds. The fifth bedroom has a full over full bunk bed with a trundle bed! Two out of the five bathrooms have a vanity with a sink that is separate from the shower and toilet area. The unit has 2 fully furnished kitchens w/ granite and 2 living/dining rooms with three queen-size sleeper sofas. There are 7 TV’s, 7 DVD players’s, 2 washer/dryers and free wireless internet. The unit has tile floors in all areas except the bedrooms. This five bedroom unit also comes with 3 sets of complimentary beach service set ups.

3BR/3BA:
Condo with a maximum occupancy of 15 and is approx. 2000 sq. In this unit located on the lobby level, you will enjoy the convenience of parking steps from your front door! The condo has 12 ft ceilings. The large master bedroom has a king-size bed and a Queen sleeper sofa. The master bathroom has a separate vanity, whirlpool tub and a separate shower; this bathroom is also handicap accessible with handrails and a roll in shower. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed. The third bedroom has a full over full bunk bed with a trundle bed! The unit has a fully furnished kitchen and the living/dining area has two queen-size sleeper sofas. There are 4 TV’s, 4 DVD’s, 1 VCR, washer/dryer and free wireless internet. The unit has tile floors in all areas except the bedrooms.

2BR/2BA:
condo with a maximum occupancy of 6 and is approx.1100 sq. The gulf front master bedroom has a king-size bed, large closet, whirlpool tub with a separate shower and a separate vanity in the master bath. The unit has a fully furnished kitchen with granite counters tops and the living/dining area has a queen-size sleeper sofa. There are 3 TV’s, 3 DVD’s, 1 VCR, washer/dryer and free wireless internet. The unit has tile floors in all areas except the bedrooms.

1BR/1BA:
This unit sleeps 6 with a Queen in the master bedroom, twin bunks recessed in the hallway, and a Queen Sofa sleeper in the living room. There are 2 TVs, DVD player, and washer and dryer located in the unit. This unit has pictures online and will welcome monthly rentals.
