Imagine the salty breeze, sunshine, soft white powdery sand under your feet, warm skiing under the beach sunshine, and the sound of The Gulf of America rolling in from your beach deck, to sitting on the beach, to floating in the crystal emerald green water!

Stress vacation because you do NOT have to lug your beach stuff to the beach across a street or down an elevator. Just step off your beach deck like you would your backyard deck onto your own exclusive beach just for you and your guests. Each home owns it’s own beach from corner to corner of it oversized beach deck down to where the public walks along the water is ALL YOUR beach just like a backyard of a home but it the beach instead of grass!
