This beautifully renovated unit has the benefit of being on the centermost prime stack with views of the Gulf of Mexico from two sides and every room within the unit! It has all the fine upgrades throughout such as large scale tile, granite counters, fine furnishings, new decor, a beautiful living room fireplace, and all the things you will need to feel right at home. al theme throughout. The upscale kitchen offers full size high-end appliances and all the housewares you will need to make family meals. The main private balcony is located off of the front living room which offers breathtaking views from the twelfth floor, which is perfectly centered in the building for a not too high and not too low view! The master suite also has a private gulf front balcony, a king sized bed, designer bedding, and adjoining master bathroom. The master bathroom offers a large Jacuzzi tub, separate shower, and dual sinks. The second bedroom also offers a gulf front view, a twin/twin bunk, twin/full bunk, both have cozy bedding. The second full bathroom adjoins to the second bedroom as well as a separate access from the hall. You will love having your own private washer and dryer in this unit as well as access to a coin operated laundry room on each floor. You are welcome to take advantage of free DVD rentals at our check-in office! You will find DVD players and flat screen TV's in each of the bedrooms as well as the living room. Sip and Splash: An Aquatic Affair!

This highly anticipated event will take place on Saturday, May 14, 2022 at 6pm at the Destin Aquatic Center located at 4345 Commons Drive West in Destin.

Guests will have the opportunity to enjoy a decadent wine dinner featuring local cuisine, entertainment, giveaways, raffle prizes, and an auction. We anticipate over 300 locals to attend. Proceeds from the Sip and Splash event will directly benefit the Emerald Coast Fitness Foundation, a public charity that was formed to develop physical fitness and water safety among the youth and adults of Okaloosa County by providing facilities and programs that will deliver opportunities for instruction, training, and competitive excellence, primarily in the sports of swimming, running, and cycling.
