Thank you to everyone who donated to the Humane Society Fundraiser at the campground, those who participated in it, and to all the volunteers. Without all the help to run the show, it wouldn’t have been possible. We are so excited to share that it brought in $7270 and all of the items displayed in the picture. The shelter was very grateful and surprised at how much our small community brought in. Thank you everyone! 

We want to give a HUGE THANK YOU shout out to Meadow Lake Campsite for the awesome fundraiser they hosted!!!! They worked so hard to host a great event and on top of all of this donated supplies, they also raised $7270 for the shelter!

It’s almost here!

We hope you can make it to the fundraiser on Saturday for the Humane Society of the Lakes. (See the poster for details.)

Still looking for puzzle lovers to join in for the puzzle contest. We only have three teams signed up and we are looking for nine more. $50 for first place plus each team will be able to keep the puzzle. ($21 value.) Thank you to Ravensburger for donating the puzzles!

Be sure to come down for breakfast at the picnic shelter on SATURDAY, August 8, from 8 to 10. (Free-will offering. Donations help support events.)

Don’t forget to grab your raffle tickets for the Humane Society fundraiser while you’re there. (One for $30 or two for $50. 3 prizes of $500 off 2027 lot rent.)

Sign-up for the August 29 (changed from the 22nd), co****le tournament at the office. All skill levels are welcome! (Ages 12 and older.)

This sign is at the campground gate to deter We Festers from using our bathhouses. We are going to give it a shot and leave them unlocked and see how it goes. Please let Chad or us know if you see suspicious activity. Thank you.

From the Hansens on lot 29:

We are selling this shed for $100. (Fridge not included.) Would like to put the new one together next weekend so would like to empty old one and get rid of next Saturday if someone is interested. (I suppose if it helps the cause, we can empty it tomorrow and store everything outside.)

If anyone wants to see it, we will be available until 7pm tomorrow.
