Are you going on vacation? Are in the Metro Detroit area?

I'll house sit for you with one small acknowledgement. I want to list your space on AirBnB, but only for the time that you are gone.

I WILL list it as a shared space, so there is no expectation of having the place to themselves. I can pop in for hospitality checks and will make sure everything is to their liking.

I WILL split the PROFIT with you evenly.

I WILL throw in one of my SIGNATURE Sweet Potato Pies or any of my other culinary delicacies that you enjoy.

The listing WILL be covered under AirBnB's $1,000,000 Host & Guest guarantee AS WELL AS my additional Short Term Rental insurance.

I WILL take care of clean up, check in preparation, and check out.

I WILL handle setup, advertising, and photos. Cost of advertising and other setup expenses will be deducted from the revenue, before profits are split. I WILL document every expenditure for tax purposes.

I WILL check your mail, water your plants, and wait for the Comcast guy (LOL, but I will if you need me to).

You WILL be listed as Co Host (if you desire), so you can see ALL inquiries and interact if you choose.

Caveats: I AM limited to the Detroit area, specifically within 35 miles of 48215.
