Bog & Thunder welcomes Chef Kevin Burke of Library Street to ALEO for two nights only.

After opening Library Street in Dublin in 2021, Kevin quickly earned one of the city’s most sought-after reservations. His cooking is thoughtful, ingredient-driven, and quietly inventive. Expect a menu designed for sharing, with dishes that invite conversation as much as they showcase technique.

Scenes from our last dinner party at ALEO. ✨

Hosted by Father Forgive Me, the evening brought together Arnot-Roberts wines from producer Duncan Arnot Meyers and a seasonal dinner by Chef Jason Berthold.

The menu featured oysters with rhubarb, hibiscus, and pink peppercorn paired with rosé, duck confit with Puy lentils alongside pinot noir, and rack of lamb with fresh cherry and smoked olive met a glass of syrah. The evening ended with fresh fruit sprinkled with chamomile and yuzu salt.

Guests gathered around a candlelit table adorned with florals by Mother of Pearl. At the end of the night, each guest left with a personalized note on custom Risograph-printed stationary by Art Problems Studio and a one-of-a-kind painting by artist Paul Verdell.
