July 4th will be here before you know it. Devils Lake has several events planned for that day. We will post them in case you care to attend these events. Bayview will have its annual parade at 4pm. Any changes will be posted on the fish cleaning bulleten board.

MOTERIZED VEHICLES
Only people with valid driver's license are allowed to drive in the campground.

DUMPSTER
The dumpster is provided for BAGGED HOUSEHOLD garbage only. If you are unable to burn your cardboard boxes in your pit, you may put them in the dumpster if they are flattened. THANK YOU to whoever cleaned up the mess from unbagged garbage this week!

BOAT STORAGE
The boat storage area is ready for you to park in. One trailer per camp site only. Please make sure you have your name or site number on the trailer.

Danae, our prayers are with you, your mom, and family during this hard time. Your father, Don, and I had some great talks at the Minnewaukan Post Office. He raised a very fun loving, compassionate daughter! So sorry for your loss.

The ice is on the move. So far the main lake is almost open and some of Six Mile Bay is about half open. With the wind today the ice is breaking up and some is moving toward the East shore.

I was going through things and ran across this. It was Connie's white bass but she didn't want to take it in to have it weighed. I just noticed it was THE FIRST "WHOPPER OF ANY SPEIES CAUGHT IN DEVILS LAKE! (1980) WOW! What size are the white bass caught now?
