“Every beginning comes from some other beginning’s end.”
Some homes are special for reasons that go beyond the property itself. This is one of them.
We could have sold this home multiple times over. It had so much to offer: single-level living, an adorable and well-cared-for home, a beautifully updated kitchen, a large yard, and a quieter area of town.
If you attended UM-Western in the 90s & 2000s (Go Bulldogs!) you might recognize the seller. He and his wife thoughtfully cared for this home for almost exactly 30 years. We’re talking 4 days shy of the 30-year mark.
While we’re sad to see this wonderful couple leave Dillon, we couldn’t be happier for them as they begin a new chapter closer to their children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Some moves are about more than a change of address. They’re about being closer to the people who matter most.
Meanwhile, a first-time homebuyer gets to celebrate purchasing his very first home, and not just anywhere. He grew up just a few blocks down the street from the home he now gets to call his own. There’s something pretty special about that!
One home, nearly 30 years of memories, and two very different beginnings.
Congratulations to both our sellers and buyer! Thank you for trusting us to represent you through such a meaningful transition. We’re grateful to be a small part of what comes next for each of you.
