Looking forward to opening day, May 1st!

Guests will see a few changes as they cross our bridge onto the other side. The decision has been made to put down gravel on all of our grass yard sites. As many of you know, the campground is for sale. Unfortunately, the waters rights used for watering our grass yards does not go with the sale . Over the last few years we have been struggling to keep our grass watered. Due to low snow pack and the creek running very low each year getting water to the sites has become a little tough. We understand this will change the appearance of the sites but feel this is the best solution for both issues.

The Dolores River is flowing high and swift! Very thankful it has not gone over the bank. Wild to see it so full this time of year.

That was quick! The end of another season. We saw old friends return and made a few news ones this summer! We had a great year! We are now taking some much needed time off. The office will be closed until early January 2026. Thank you to you all that spent a little time with us this summer. Wishing everyone a happy, healthy winter. We will be tucked in waiting for a lot of snow 🤞
