Michael and Kaycee Meracleâs vision for a log home perched high atop farmland, in view of wildlife and peaceful rolling vistas, has finally become reality. Deer skip from field to orchard to woods leaping through sunbeams to chase hot air balloons and dragonflies. What a dream it is to witness these amazing views of the world below. Among such beauty oneâs mind canât help but wander to what could be in the nirvana that surrounds.
The English language doesnât have a word that completely describes the type of place that will exist on the Meracle property. La Fattoria means âhomesteadâ in Italian, but to those who speak the language the word is more of a feeling than a definition. Itâs the complete and total tranquility that comes over a person when they enter a place that is free of distractions, surrounded by beauty, and feels brand new while still feeling like youâve lived there your whole life.
PHASE TWO: LA FATTORIA COMES TO LIFE

Over 200 years and 200 acres, multiple generations of Meracles have known this land intimately. There is something special about knowing the spot youâre standing in, with a warm breeze and setting sun in the west, is the same place and sensation experienced by your grandfather, and his grandfather. Michael and Kaycee created La Fattoria in a new era of cultivation, while still caring for the land that has built generations of memories. Sunflower hillsides, honeybee havens, and happily dancing chickens will call La Fattoria home, while the imagination of ways to grow this space out paces the hours in a day.
PHASE THREE: 50 ACRE EXPANSION

Just beyond LaThe Fattoria lay a stunning 50 acre parcel, itself a dream to behold. Housing its own beautiful log home and miles of walking trails, the opportunity for discovery awaits among wooded landscape and pockets of ponds. By incorporating this magnificent acreage, Phase Four of the Meracle plan takes root.
PHASE FOUR: THE RETREAT

After acquiring this additional homestead and all the amenities of Mother Nature, the Meracle vision is to open its doors to couples and families seeking a restful retreat. The Bed & Breakfast/AirBNB rental will offer ATV trails, fishing, hiking and an unplugged sense of peace. Yoga retreats, corporate excursions, and honeymoons will find their place here.

Spectacular scenery and log home accommodations await brides, grooms, and their awed guests at Meracle Acres. Picture a brideâs entrance, being rowed across a pond in an antique wooden boat, the ceremony overlooking lush woods and serene waterways. Golden hour photos are best captured among natural backdrops, and there is no shortage of them here. Reception space adjoins the log home [the home will be able to fit up to 50-75 guests but there will be another building for larger groups] where guests will revel and roar through the hills of this uniquely memorable enclave.
