Hi folks....well it's been a heck of a couple years! What with one thing and another and mostly the virus, we have been basically in a holding pattern...hopefully we will be putting the house on the market again come spring! Needs abit more TLC which will be reflected in the price, but have had a new furnace and fuel tank replaced in 2020 with a liner put in one chimney....we have been fortunate to have a long term tenant who has been here over 2 years now, renting a one bedroom/sitting room, the kitchen and bath...he has his own entrance and winter covered parking ...keep an eye out for anyone you know looking to relocate, we have a large backyard perfect for a garden or pool...thanks for your continued support....Happy Thanksgiving!

Update: We are finally cleaned up after devastation to our back yard due to a spring storm, we lost 6 trees, 1 + 1/2 lilac bushes, a fence on one side of the yard covered with grapevine and numerous plants and flowers...plus damage to other trees...it was a heart wrenching sight to see! We so miss the birds we normally have had in years past that made their homes in the trees and I'm sure the deer will miss the Apple trees this winter....all is leveled now and seeded....we are awaiting the installation of a new furnace and recently had a chimney liner put in, so progress there...our long term tenant is still with us indefinitely...although old Arthur keeps us from doing the upkeep we have always done, there is really nothing major needed, a younger energetic couple would find things easy to make right...due to the virus we have hesitated to put the house back in a realtor's hands....perhaps in the spring this world will be a healthier place, we can only hope and pray....

Update: the house is still for sale but we have a long term tenant now that is interested in staying on with new owners if possible...he pays $600.00 @ month which includes everything furnished...his apartment consists of the kitchen, bath, and one bedroom on the 2nd floor...

Update: we now have a long term tenant who has been with us going on 4 months and is interested in being here indefinitely, he is renting one bedroom, the kitchen and bath, furnished, with all utilities included, for $600 a month. We are no longer under contract with a real estate agency so perhaps could be more flexible with our price. Still lots of extras included...Our "old" bodies are looking forward to something more suited to our capabilities, come start a new chapter in YOUR life and help us start a new one in ours....
