This is for tenants of Brownfield Riverside Resort…
Yes, I fell way behind on billing.
Yes, I’ve responded multiple times to multiple tenants that I was going to get billing out soon and haven’t succeeded in that completely yet.
Yes, I’m getting caught up on billing now so bills will be coming out soon.
Yes, we all get things going on in our lives or events that unfortunately happen in our lives that make us freeze in time.
Yes, we have some AWESOME tenants that thoroughly read their lease agreements and continued to pay their lot or cabin fees as required by legal documentation. Some even made payments as to their expected electric usage and that is appreciated very much. Please see page 1 #1 of the lease agreement for wording of “payable without demand”. Also, if you’re possibly one of those that have asked for extended time to pay due to an unexpected event in your life, please don’t cause me to call you out by making derogatory comments about the resort. If you’re doing this, you know who I’m talking about!
Yes, we have tenants that want to get on “Life is Still Better at the Lake” page and make derogatory comments about the resort such as “maybe with the money they’re billing they can repair the pool” or we should do a “gofundme” account to improve or repair the pool”.
Yes, we’ve had unsupervised children left in the pool by irresponsible parents that cut the pool liner beyond repair more than once.
Yes, we maintained the pool the best possible way throughout the summer because it was not an option to have it down during prime season.
Yes, you could do a “go fund me” but make it for that irresponsible tenant that has paid less than $1000 in over 3 years and then lived in their camper inside our resort for approximately 6 months without the express permission of resort owners per lease agreements.
Yes, the plan is to have the pool open before the holiday weekend!
Yes, all of you reading tenants that have read your lease agreement and continued to pay your lot or cabin lease as you should, we really appreciate U! Others, what have you done to appreciate?
Yes, from this point forward, any tenant or their guest breaking rules within the resort property will receive strikes against them and just like softball/baseball, 3 strikes and you’re out. Should it be a zero tolerance rule, immediate eviction.
Yes, let me highlight a few rules that I’ve seen unenforced.
No speeding, this means anytime we feel you’re driving could be dangerous to others we will call you out. I hope that you all value life and the lives of friends/tenants especially children to get your gas pedal pushing foot under control.
No disturbing activities or motorized travel throughout resort property from midnight to 8 am.
No children under the age of 16 in the pool without the responsible tenant present.
No driving of golf carts within resort owned property without a state issued drivers license.
No operation of dirt bike/atv/utv on resort property by an unlicensed driver.
No use of dirt bike/atv/utv to travel to and from within the resort property by any driver.
Yes, a licensed driver can drive a dirt bike/atv/utv responsibly out of the resort and directly onto public roadway.
Please know that the resort rules are implemented for safety and insurance regulations of all who enter and not to single anyone out that isn’t following rules. If you are breaking rules , I’m certain you already know it.
No I’m not just trying to be a witch, I am the WITCH and right now, Angie Bryant is WITCH #2!
Thank you all for taking the time to read and follow requested rules accordingly. If you’re a tenant reading this, please share with your fellow tenants.
