Camp Scheduling Pro

Big news coming. It only took 30+ years, 24 different versions (just in the last 2 years, lol!), an investment in software development, and the Web Version of CSP is being released on Monday. Very cool.

San Diego, here we come! 🌴

Next week we’re heading to CODACON and to the American Camp Association National Conference (February 17–20) as proud sponsors — and we can’t wait to see everyone there.

🕦 Exhibit Hall Grand Opening: Wednesday at 11:30 AM

We’re especially excited to:
✨ Connect with camp professionals from across the country
✨ Share how Camp Scheduling Pro helps camps save time and create smoother, happier camp days
✨ Support the Exhibit Hall Grand Opening, Camp Accreditation Volunteer Dinner, and more

If you’ll be in San Diego, let us know in the comments or send us a message — we’d love to connect while we’re there.

Never under estimate the value of growing up at summer camp! It changes your life and helps others!

After the Wenatchee Valley YMCA announced its plans to sell its historic Lake Wenatchee YMCA Camp, the Y announced the camp will stay open after a major donation.

Camp Scheduling Pro is hiring! We are a summer camp/day camp scheduling software solution which helps camps automate their camp schedules, save time, and get campers what they actually want!

We are looking for a 3/4 to Full time position to help us implement our growing client base, support them, and also have a key role in marketing, social media, and sales support in a fast and growing hashtag tech environment.

The ideal candidate has a summer camp or day camp background, comfortable with social media as well as using sales CRMs such as Hubspot and comfortable working with databases and/or Excel. Knowledge/proficiency with ChatGPT is encouraged. The position is 100% remote, and some travel is necessary for camp conferences.

We are a start-up, so you will be exposed to many facets of the business and should be comfortable multi-tasking in a fast (and fun!) paced environment working with a small team of sales and development professionals.

Interested candidates should visit our website at www.campscheduling.com , view the videos on the home page, and fill out the Contact Us page. We are looking to fill the role within the next several weeks :)

From this year to next, one thing hasn’t changed: our commitment to camps.

We’ve just published a new blog, “From This Year to Next: Growing Together at Camp Scheduling Pro,” where we reflect on the past year and share what growth really means to us.

We’re proud of the relationships we’ve built with camps and grateful to grow alongside you, season after season.

What a terrific Camp Owners and Directors Association conference! I met so many great people! TY Dan Lichtenstein and Chris Listener for getting me and Camp Scheduling Pro involved and looking forward to next year! Here are some pictures from the conference, special thanks to Robert Levy for his leadership in sharing how camps are evaluated for sale, and how the process works!
