Meet Kaitlin Chatham, our new General Manager.

Kaitlin grew up in Dripping Springs, started her career as a wedding planner, and has spent her career in Hill Country hospitality ever since.

She understands this place because she comes from it. The warmth, the lack of pretense, the way good hospitality should feel natural, not overdone. That perspective is a big part of what she brings to Lucky Arrow.

Behind the scenes, Kaitlin believes in getting the details right so the team can focus on what actually matters: the people staying here.

Now she gets to help lead Lucky Arrow into what’s next.
