Thank you all for your continued support as Airbnb suspended our account by mistake of their computer AI (for the second time in 2 months) & left us without a way to contact guests for over 36 hours, canceled all bookings & listings we’ve had with them for 9 years. We’re hopeful they’ll reimburse us for the thousands lost during this timeframe. Found this cute dog tagged on our account by to celebrate! We truly appreciate all our guests over the past 9 years and we’re excited to host you again soon! You can always direct book with us too! ;)

If you got a notice from Airbnb about your weekend stay with us, you’re not alone. Please contact us via text if you need anything. This is the second time in 2 months that Airbnb has canceled dozens of guest stays, refunded them and revoked our login with no warning all because of a computer glitch on their side. Their AI bot says our retreat map is “offensive”, which, it is not. We have multiple calls into Airbnb and no response thus far. We can’t see our calendars nor contact any guests. Airbnb has full control. They don’t even know what has happened and are sending us messages on their platform that we can’t respond to. It also costs our business hundreds of dollars in our time trying to call every hour to get reply, putting together a list of all canceled bookings, etc. Airbnb refuses to compensate us for this and says we are lucky they even gave us money back for the canceled bookings. It’s frustrating beyond belief. We have been SuperHosts for 9 years & have over 25 rentals serving thousands of guests each year with high ratings. Is this only happening to us?
