Hopefully, this will be our last evening affected by the downtown water situation! We expect to receive an official update by 5:00 PM.

In the meantime, we will still be hosting dinner at Dublin Farm this evening, with a few additional specials available in limited quantities:

With our downtown restaurants being impacted by the current water service interruption, we’ve decided to open Dublin Farm tonight to serve our guests who need a place to enjoy dinner.

Our farm is on a well system separate from the grid that is impacted.

We will do our best to accommodate, but will be limited

We will be offering a limited menu from 5:00 PM–9:00 PM.

We apologize for the delay in sharing this weekend’s dinner menu. We have been navigating a few unexpected obstacles across our businesses, and we truly appreciate your patience, understanding, and continued support.

This weekend, we invite you to join us for a beautiful Italian-inspired dining experience at Dublin Farm.

First Course
Insalata di Rucola
Baby arugula, shaved Parmesan, cherry tomatoes, and lemon vinaigrette

Second Course
Pappardelle alla Bolognese
Fresh ribbon pasta served with a traditional, slow-cooked beef ragù

Third Course — Choice of Entrée

Pan-Seared Whiting
Delicately pan-seared whiting finished with a bright lemon-caper beurre blanc

Grilled Beef Filet
Tender grilled beef filet served with a rich red-w**e reduction

Herb-Roasted Half Chicken
Herb-marinated half chicken, slow-roasted until tender and finished with a savory garlic-herb sauce

Each entrée is served with creamy polenta and asparagus.
