Never sad with a stay like this ⬇️

A little bit of canyon air.
A little bit of hot tub time.
A little bit of golden hour on the sky deck.
A little bit of red dirt and adventure.
And a little bit of doing absolutely nothing at all.

Sometimes the reset is not complicated.

It is slower mornings.
Better views.
More time outside.
More time with your people.
And finally enough quiet to hear yourself think again.

Southern Utah has a way of doing that to you.

You come for the views, but you leave feeling lighter.

Have you ever noticed how your body reacts the moment you finally turn off the engine after a long drive? There is a very specific transition that happens the second you arrive at Duck Creek Village. You are still sitting in the driver’s seat, your hands might still be tight on the wheel from the highway, but as soon as you crack that car door open, everything changes.

It isn’t just the quiet—though the silence up here is heavy in the best way possible. It’s the way the air feels. It is thinner, cooler, and it carries that unmistakable scent of pine needles and fresh earth instead of exhaust and pavement. We see it happen with almost every guest who pulls up to the Zen Nest. You take that first real breath, the kind that actually reaches all the way down, and you can feel your shoulders drop an inch or two.

The city has a way of keeping us in a constant state of "go," but out here, the pace is set by the wind in the trees. By the time you are reaching for your suitcases in the trunk, that version of you that was stressed about emails and traffic is already starting to fade away. It is about more than just a place to sleep; it is about giving yourself permission to finally hear your own thoughts again.

If you have been waiting for a sign to finally take that break, this is it. The mountains are waiting, and we would love to host your next escape. You can check our current availability and find your dates through the link in our profile.

Golden hour from the water hits different up here—steam, stillness, and a sky that keeps going. Set your month and make it a ritual at the edge of Dixie National Forest.

We’ve all been there: you walk into the vacation rental, drop your bags in the hallway, and immediately start scoping out the floor plan. You’re looking for that one specific bedroom that feels less like a place to sleep and more like a private sanctuary.

At Zen Nest, we’ve noticed a recurring theme with our guests. There is always "the room."

It’s the one with the oversized king bed and those massive windows that frame the Utah forest like a living painting. It’s the room where the morning light hits just right, and the attached bathroom is so peaceful you find yourself taking twice as long to get ready just to enjoy the silence.

It’s the room everyone in the group quietly hopes they’ll land, and honestly, we can’t blame them. Whether you're the one who wins the coin toss or you’re just happy to be tucked away in the mountains, this corner of Duck Creek Village has a way of making the rest of the world feel very far away.

If you’re ready for a slow morning in the woods, we’d love to have you stay with us.

Imagine a basecamp that steals the show. Close to Zion and Bryce for easy day trips, far enough to feel like the world fades out.

Sunrise trails, dark‑sky stargazing, ancient red rock, real quiet. Then back to a private retreat at the edge of Dixie National Forest.

When we first started imagining what Falcon could be, we knew it had to be about more than just a striking silhouette against the Utah sky. It had to be about belonging.

There is a delicate balance to strike when building in a place as beautiful as Duck Creek Village. We didn't want to just place a structure on the land; we wanted to integrate it. That’s why every decision, from the renewable energy systems to the selection of eco-friendly materials, was made with a deep respect for the environment.

Many people think that choosing luxury means you have to sacrifice sustainability, but we see it differently. For us, true luxury is the peace of mind that comes from knowing your home is built with intention and responsibility. It’s a choice to live in harmony with the natural world rather than in competition with it.

Falcon is a testament to what happens when design meets purpose. It is sustainable architecture at its most refined—a place where you can retreat into nature without leaving a heavy footprint behind.

Have you ever heard the forest actually breathe?

✨ At 8,900 feet, the wind doesn't just blow through the pines, it hums a low frequency that resets your entire nervous system.

We built Zen Nest as a sanctuary for those who are tired of the digital noise and ready for infinite horizon views. 🌲

You don’t come here to just sleep, you come here to remember what it feels like to be completely present in nature.

🙏 We believe a weekend in the thin mountain air can transform your perspective for the rest of the year.

What if you’ve never actually seen the night sky?

✨ Most of us live under a permanent veil of light, catching only the brightest few dots.
Just an hour from your deck at Zen Nest, Bryce Canyon hides a secret: 7,500 stars visible to the naked eye.

🌌 When the sun drops here, the Milky Way doesn't just appear—it actually casts a shadow.
It is a silent, ancient perspective shift that makes every "urgent" email feel incredibly small.

We perched Zen Nest at 8,900 feet so you could live inside this kind of stillness every single night.

The laptop is closed, the city is 9,000 feet below, and the only thing left to do is exhale.

🏔️ You’ve officially reached the ridge where the Dixie National Forest meets the sky.

The air up here doesn’t just feel different—it smells like cold pine and a fresh start. 🌲

✨ Drop your bags in Eagle, grab a glass of something crisp, and walk straight to the deck.

The silence isn't empty; it’s a deep, ringing peace that resets your entire nervous system.

🔥 We built this sanctuary for this exact moment of transition from "busy" to "being."

Which deck chair are you claiming first for the sunset show?
