Getting ready for mid to late June rentals!

Outdoor living is my favorite to think about and plan…

Whisper will have a more classic and natural vibe outside.

It offers 3 levels of decking. All bedrooms have direct deck access so we are gonna make it special.

Warm, wood natural tones. More boho and coastal less chic shabby that the other homes.

There is a great front porch like every beach house needs, wrap around decking on second and third levels and the prized crows nest.

Pool space will be intentional. New hot tub (already there!) and living space for entertaining, tanning (because my gosh all I hear about now is UV index) and natural green space in a fenced in yard.

And I finally get an outdoor bed swing (full size!). Yay. Yay. Yay.

Things are happening…. 2026 season will be opened up in a bit. We got some floors and decor to do first!

I just spent a few days at WHISPER.

We really wanted views if we could swing it. And we got them! The trees will all be topped off to open this ocean view even more.

Yay. Yay. Yay.

We are doing upgrades and some design changes. It will be available for rental Summer 2026 (minus the time we snag).
