At , the story begins with a name drawn from Outer Banks lore and continues through the women on the walls, the traditions of Eastern North Carolina and the people carrying those stories forward today.

Think Housewives, Below Deck, and Summer House take on The Rally—Carla Vass’s debut novel, already drawing national press and praise.

On October 15, Carla will join us in person at the Lifesaving Station for A Novel Supper: an evening of conversation with the author, book signing, and a three-course, family-style menu inspired by a European road trip.
