One of the perks of being on Scarborough Lane - Sweet Ness OBX is just a quick walk down the street. Their display case always looks like this, and it's dangerous being so close to such good desserts.

The Scarborough Lane shops have been a Duck staple for years. It's nice having quality spots like Sweet Ness right in the neighborhood.

Getting the beach gear ready for another Duck day. Summer crowds are thinning out, but Duck’s still beautiful - maybe even better when it’s a little quieter.

We just opened up our 2026 calendar for anyone already thinking ahead to next year’s Duck plans. There’s something nice about booking early and having that beach time locked in to look forward to.

After all our years coming to Duck, we’ve learned that some of the most memorable moments happen when you least expect them. Last evening, stepping out to check the beach conditions, we were greeted by this perfect moonrise painting the sky and waves in silver.
