Being a boutique historic property our rooms are vintage 1900s without feeling old or fussy. Enjoy luxury linens, pillow top beds and original art in each room. Private bathrooms en suite or European style across the hall. And while we're pet friendly (with 2 rooms), we don't allow children due to the nature of our property. Our peaceful setting is enhanced by the serenity of nature. Get grounded and relax in our gardens or by the meditation pond, gaze at the surrounding fields out the windows, See a breathtaking view of Mt. Hood greeting you at the start of each morning as you receive your handmade breakfast basket, locally roasted coffee and Organic local teas. (All included with stay.) A stay here has everything you need to feel replenished and energized, including our Spa Sanctuary for delicious self care treatments and Balch Bistro for dining indoors, outside and takeaway. Our menu features simple rustic offerings to nourish your hunger for healthy AND delicious. (Gluten free and plant based, too!)

Our main focus is making sure you feel well taken care of balancing high end service with all COVID precautions. You'll find homemade chocolate chip cookies upon arrival. Contactless check in and check out. Hand sanitizer and mask-wearing galore. Enjoy local w**e and b**r you can sip in the parlor or on the patio as you enjoy a good book or play a game. Enjoy the firepits on the patio (seasonally permitted.) If you're interested in inspired activities, consider a Sanctuary Experience through our spa, featuring 1:1 or couples Meditation Ritual, Nature Bathing, and other out-of-spa replenishment. Or join in one of our events. We offer jam nights, painting parties, writer's, artist's and yoga retreats, wildflower and w**e tours, as well as w**emaker's and women’s dinner parties.
