Three days in Duluth, from the people who live in the neighborhood 🍻
Save this one for your next trip up north!
Here’s exactly how we’d spend it:
Day 1: Check in, drop the bags, and wander the Lincoln Park Craft District. Dinner at OMC Smokehouse, then end the night at Bent Paddle across the street. There’s a good chance you’ll catch some live music 🎶
Day 2: Adventure day. Watch the waves roll in at Kitchi Gammi Park, then hike from the falls down to the lake at Gooseberry. Dinner at Madeira Bistro in Two Harbors on the drive back is a must!
Day 3: Coffee downstairs at 190 Coffee + Tea, shop the Marketplace (North & Shore, Goat Hill World Market, Naturalight Co., Northern Exposure Art, Dannie Duluth), then grab a new book from Duluth Book Box and post up at Park Point Beach. If you want one more stop, Back Alley Surf + Coffee makes the best cortado in town is our favorite pre-beach coffee run 🏄♀️
A few things worth knowing right now:
📻 Bayfront Blues Fest (Bayfront Blues Festival) is this weekend, August 14 to 16. Three days of music on the water, and the whole city shows up.
🍁 Fall hiking is right around the corner. Peak color dates book out first every single year, so if you’ve been thinking about a leaf trip, this is your sign to lock it in.
🐾 And yes, we’re pet friendly. Bring the dog.
Tuesday through Thursday is the same itinerary with fewer people in front of you. Link in bio to book.
