Happy Grandma's Marathon weekend, Duluth!

Both the marathon and half marathon routes go right past all three Titanium Partners rental properties in downtown Duluth: The Njörd, The Intrepid, and Force on Fifth Avenue. All are full again this weekend, and we’re thrilled and honored to be hosting guests from all around the country and world. Welcome to Duluth! Guests love the simplicity, ease, luxury and convenience of The Intrepid, an independent Airbnb-style boutique hotel in the heart of downtown Duluth. It's the best of both worlds: there's a simple self check-in process at this property (no front desk), yet staff are available to help and located at our nearby sister property Force on Fifth Avenue should you have any questions or need any assistance. Suites are large, clean, and comfortable. Parking is available as an option for a slight optional and additional fee, yet isn't automatically included in case you don't need it. Each suites has beautiful views - some of Lake Superior, some of downtown Duluth.
