We are thrilled to be collaborating once more with Outlet 111 , this time to celebrate Mother’s Day with our delicious, scratch-made lobster rolls. 🦞

As a Mainer, Greg knows a thing or two about lobster, and as a bread baker, he knows how to make the most delicious, butteriest split-top rolls! The rolls pictured were finger-sized for a birthday party, so just imagine a full-sized roll spilling over with fresh Maine lobster. Sound tempting? 👅

Bring your mom, or just your love of lobster, to Outlet 111 in Penn Yan anytime from 1-4pm on Sunday, May 10th. We have to order the lobsters by Friday, May 1st, so reserve your spot right away by calling (315)406-4350.
