The love & holiness of Jesus is utterly breathtaking.
Quiet. Pure. Untouched by shadow.
Before time began, He was already perfect — lacking nothing, needing nothing. Heaven declares His holiness even now, just as written in Isaiah: “Holy, holy, holy is the Lord of hosts.” Not once. Not twice. But three times — as if language itself strains to express what cannot be measured.
And this Holy One came near.
He clothed Himself in humanity without surrendering His perfection. He walked among dust and sorrow and temptation — and never sinned. Not in word. Not in thought. Not in the hidden places no one else could see.
He did not love halfway.
He did not obey reluctantly.
He did not endure with resentment.
As foretold in Isaiah 53, He was pierced for our transgressions and crushed for our iniquities. And when that prophecy unfolded at the cross, recorded in the Gospel of John, there is no complaint in His voice. No bitterness. No regret.
Only surrender.
Only mercy.
Only love.
He did not withdraw the gift when it cost Him everything.
He did not hesitate when forgiveness meant suffering.
He did not reconsider when we were still undeserving.
His holiness did not distance Him from us — it made Him the only One able to save us.
And His love… oh, His love. 🤍
It is reverent.
It is steady.
It is stronger than death.
He gave Himself freely. Not pressured. Not forced. Not cornered by fate. He chose the cross because He chose us.
The Holy One bore unholiness so we could stand clean before God.
Let your heart soften here.
Let your voice grow quiet.
Let gratitude rise gently.
This is not common love.
This is sacred love. ✝️
