Around here on the Cumberland Plateau, the best color often shows up in late October and early November, not early October.

We didn’t design the house first. We found the land first.

Seven acres on the Cumberland Plateau, and every room points at the valley. One story, kept low so it doesn’t interrupt the ridgeline. Most of the woods around it are still standing.
