Dunlap’s Main Street Loft

We would like to invite you to stay in our charming studio apartment located upstairs in Dunlap’s historic IOOF Building overlooking Iowa Avenue, Dunlap’s main street. Built in 1892, the upper floor served as the local Odd Fellow’s chapter headquarters and housed many meetings and celebrations. The main level served many businesses throughout the years and is now fully restored and home to Gross & Company, PLLC, Certified Public Accountants. Centrally located on Main Street, you will find most of Dunlap’s business and eating establishments within walking distance.
