Our founder, Bill Westmoreland, grew up on a North Carolina to***co farm, finding peace and solitude in the nearby woods. He searched for a better life by joining the Marine Corps where he served for over a decade. After his service, he built multiple businesses with determination and vision. Near retirement, he discovered a Tennessee property that rekindled his childhood love of the outdoors, a reconnection to that peaceful place. He couldn’t keep it to himself. From its creeks, waterfalls, and cliffs, he and his family created Cannon Creek... a luxury glamping retreat that reflects his lifelong spirit of adventure and his love for nature and connection.
