As a Front Desk Guest Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering a high level of customer service on a regular basis ensuring that we meet and exceed our guests’ expectations. Candidates with a great smile, big personality, excellent service skills and a desire to grow within the company are highly desired. Front Desk Guest Service Representative duties will include but not limited to:

· Providing that critical first impression to our guests and have a natural passion for delivering exceptional service.

· Welcome and serve guests in person and over the phone every day.

· Enjoy solving problems, be comfortable using a computer to check guests in and out, and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and confidently.

· Follow-up on all guest surveys, reviews, and complaints and respond to them accurately and in a timely manner.

Job requirements:

- Must have excellent communication, phone, written, and hospitality skills.
- Able to stand for 8-hour shifts
- A flexible schedule is necessary for this position, including the ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Opera experience is preferred but not required.
- As a Night Auditor, perform the night audit process
- Check-in customers using computer programs and equipment and provide guests with directions to their room
Inform customers of all on-site amenities and any relevant information that is needed to use them
- Invoice and bill guests for their stay and services used
- Setup & winding up breakfast

Job requirements:

· A flexible schedule is necessary for this position, including the ability to work weekends, and holidays.

· Room Attendant or Maid experience preferred but not required.

· Must have reliable transportation.

· High school diploma/GED a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

· Change bed linen and make beds

· Replace used towels

· Sweep and mop floors

· Vacuum carpets

· Dust furniture

· Replenish bath care products (e.g., soap and shampoo)

· Restock beverages and food items in the mini-bar

· Clean public areas, like corridors

· Report any technical issues and maintenance needs

· Address guests’ queries (e.g., on additional services)

· Help guests retrieve lost items

· Ensure all assigned rooms are clean and tidy by the end of the shift

· Follow hotel security guidelines

Skills

· Experience with industrial cleaning equipment and products preferred but not required.

· Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards

· Excellent organization skills

We are looking to fill a maintenance man for our hotel, Country Inn & Suite by Radisson.
Some of the Maintenance Man responsibilities are as below
Perform preventive maintenance and necessary repairs on equipment, including kitchen, laundry, boiler, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and guest rooms; replace wall board, paint.

Complete maintenance work orders, take equipment and meter readings and maintain a log to notify next shift, in accordance with hotel policies and procedures.

Address guest requests/complaints in a courteous, efficient, safe manner.

Inspect the hotel property in accordance with assigned schedule to ensure everything is in working order.

Respond to emergency situations including fire alarms, bomb threats, disasters, and power failures; notify the appropriate authorities in accordance with established procedures.

Assist with maintenance of parking lot and snow removal as needed.

Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

Ability to maintain customer focus

Excellent organizational and planning skills

Excellent interpersonal skills.

We are looking for a responsible Maintenance man who can keep up with the maintenance of our hotel to keep hotel room up to brand standard. Daily work includes some of the routine work while some ad-hoc work.
As a hotel maintenance worker, your job duties are to inspect and repair various energy systems, such as the heating and cooling systems, plumbing, lighting, and kitchen equipment. Qualifications for this career include skills such as mechanical aptitude, organization, attention to detail, and physical stamina. Beyond high school, many hotel maintenance workers take courses in plumbing, cleaning, and carpentry to gain the necessary experience for this job.
