🌻 October 3: Harvest & Bloom — tour Siskiyou County farms, ranches and flower fields while shopping for pumpkins, apples and local goods.

👣 October 9–11: Squatchfest in Yreka — three days of Bigfoot stories, expert speakers and outdoor adventure.

🍺 October 17: Dunsmuir Oktoberfest — enjoy German food, b**r and w**e, live music, contests and costumes at the Dunsmuir Botanical Gardens. Dunsmuir Chamber of Commerce

MEET THE OWNERS

Hospitality has always been part of Abby Hogge’s story. Her parents lovingly restored Dunsmuir’s historic Mossbrae Hotel and opened it in 2018. After earning her hospitality degree and building a collection of boutique properties with her husband, Abby proudly carried her family’s vision forward.

Abby fell in love with Dunsmuir’s history, natural beauty and small-town charm. Her vision is to help make this special mountain town a central destination for travelers; a welcoming home base for exploring the waterfalls, rivers, trails and hidden treasures of Siskiyou County.

That same love inspired the Keep Shop, a thoughtfully curated space featuring goods from local and regional artists. Together, the hotel and shop celebrate the character of Dunsmuir while inviting visitors to experience everything this charming city and the surrounding region have to offer.
