ANNOUNCEMENT!

Hey everyone! We need to share we are taking some time off from the Airbnb business.

We've had an amazing 6 years and brought over 300 reservations to the little town of Durand, but we could use a break and a chance to decide our next steps.

We'll keep you posted where we go from here (once we know!) but we want to thank everyone we have met and worked with the last six years...we couldn't have done it without you!

Take care and we'll still visit! :)

It's officially summer, right?? Prospect Place has a makeshift backyard and some perennials we inherited with the place. Once we win that lottery, we'll add some professional landscaping...but for now come and enjoy our unique little !

Sunday Funday burger night! We haven't made it til now and wish we'd gone sooner! It's on our way to .place.durand, and the avocado bacon jam burger was amazing with an afternoon beer! Another cool jaunt through the roller-coaster county roads in this beautiful area of the state!

One thing that surprises you at first when you own an is how many things go missing or are easily damaged.

Keeps us on our toes to replace what's needed as we go and add fun little features.

New! Wicker stand to hold our games, cards and puzzles...Monopoly wouldn't quite fit!

And we brought in a vintage-style Bluetooth speaker... the acoustics are awesome at Prospect Place!

Happiest holidays from Prospect Place!

We have been busy at our own house this last year, but looking forward to opening our 2024 calendar for bookings next week.
