New England Center - Durham, NH New England Center was a full-service Conference Center, Restaurant and Hotel located on the campus of the University of New Hampshire.

It was closed June 30, 2010 due to "financial reasons" but the spirit of the facility, staff and our history perseveres Full service conference center and fine dining facility fully equipped with over 100 hotel rooms and located within the woods of the University of New Hampshire.

So who remembers when the big Christmas decoration was the huge sleigh in the birds nest! Keep tying to find a picture of that.. anyone out there got one? This is also the time of year that Mr. Holloways big party would come - what a great event that always was. Hard work but during that time, however, the Center never looked more amazing!

Just saw in the Fosters Obituary, Ricky Pearse passed away. He worked in the kitchen for many years. Sad news to see - thoughts and prayers go out to Eugene and his family.

Leslie Cronin, who was one of our dining room supervisors for many years, passed away this week for those of you that knew her.. She was wonderful and just loved New England Center.
