After 8 years of ownership, K&T Investments LLC is closing our chapter at the motel and are focusing on future endeavors. We want to thank all of our guests for keeping the motel successful throughout the years and we appreciate all of you immensely!
As of November 20, 2023 the motel will transition to new ownership. We have confidence the motel will be in great hands and wish them the absolute best!

Since 2015, the motel has been my grandma Pats livelihood. She enjoyed her time meeting new people, and continuing her legacy in hospitality. Pat is now enjoying a well deserved retirement and we cannot thank Pat enough for her devotion of duty working for us the past 8 years! We strive to continue to provide the same quality of service to our new and repeat guests. After all, we couldn’t do it without YOU! 😊
