The USA Patriots are coming to Dyersville!!

The USA Patriots are America’s Amputee Softball Team that travels the country playing able-bodied teams in competitive and exhibition softball games, bringing a unique brand of softball, courage, and inspiration to communities nationwide. The team is comprised of competitive, athletic veterans who have lost limbs in combat and non-combat related injuries.

They will be playing the legendary FOD Ghost Players.

We were informed today by the Iowa Department of Transportation that our Historic Route 20 Auto Trail was approved!

This is the first in the country for our organization and now we have eleven states to get on board.

The Historic Auto Trail in Iowa is 333 miles between the Mississippi and Missouri Rivers and visits 35 cities, all bypassed by the modern day four-lane highway.

The Historic Route follows the original 1926 alignment of the highway across Iowa and is part of the longest highway in America from Boston, MA to Newport, OR.

We wish to thank everyone involved with this project beginning with the wonderful people in City of Cushing, Iowa to Sac County Iowa for taking the initial steps to get the momentum started.
