A months of not being able to access this page (I'd like to blame a Facebook glitch, but with my lack of technological skills, I can't say for certain it wasn't something I did), I'm seeing notifications. I apologize for lack of response, lack of contact, etc.

As I am packing to go up to Eagle Lake, I am remembering the frenetic pace of last summer's preparations and journey up. I had promised myself to keep up with this page over the past year, and clearly that failed. Grad school and work got in the way- my apologies! But reading back reminds me of how much fun it was to plan the reunion weekend, and how amazing it was for everyone to come together like that and have such a wonderful time! I'm not quite sure what to do with myself up there this year!

I'm not closing this page, as I think it's fantastic how it brought us all together. I am, however changing the name (as soon as I figure out how), so be aware. It's still us. :-)

For anyone who is still in the area- be aware that the international bridge from Madawaska to Edmundston will be closed today. Shuttles will run over the bridge as well as on both sides. There are some major activities going on in Madawaska today (Acadian Mass, a huge tintamarre noise parade, etc.)

I've gotten a couple of questions about the t-shirts and such. Madtown has been inundated with projects due to all of the family reunions and is running a little behind. Our family items will be up soon! If you'd like to order before our stuff is on the site, you can call Madtown directly. You can check out what the other families have for an idea of what is available. You can get our crest in gold or red, and we had gray and maroon shirts (you can order the gold or red crest on any color shirt if you speak to the store directly.)
