us guest chambers feature indoor necessaries (private bathrooms,) comfortable seating and historic ambiance created by authentic antique period furnishings throughout. A full, homemade breakfast using local and Wisconsin ingredients (as much as possible) is served by candlelight on antique "tea leaf' ironstone china and is included in the chamber rate. Hike or ski the Southern Kettle Moraine Forest, visit Old World Wisconsin (a 600 acre outdoor living history museum operated by the Wisconsin Historical Society) and several other museums nearby. Modern amenities include central air and heat, although, the wood burning stoves warm the dining room, tap room and parlor in the chilly seasons. The whirlpool chambers also boast fireplaces.
